I'm so darn happy! I got a "new" bike at the local flea market for only €45 and now a brand new EOS 450D is on its way to me :D

     :boogie: :boogie: :boogie: :boogie: :boogie: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:
Imagine me dancing around in underpants :XD:

It feels so good to have a free mind and not having to prepare for the next exam! Learning night and day numbs my creativity down to almost zero. But I only have one more week or so left until I have to concentrate on learning again... I already had a nightmare last night of my next oral exam and I didn't know a thing :o I'll enjoy my freedom as long as it lasts... expect some pictures by next week - hope this online seller ships out fast!

Yay! This is mine: [link]
I haven't used film for years! We'll see what I can do with it... the only problem is that I hate scanning :XD:

Now that I need to buy a new bike, the EOS 450D is a bit expensive for me... I hate that godawful thief.

I hope you guys are doing well! I'm happy.

The new CSS design is by =blissart! I didn't like about the other one that it didn't show all these mood/listening/etc details.

Things like that don't happen

Journal Entry: Wed Apr 23, 2008, 3:01 PM
A very good friend of mine found her great love. She got rid of her well paid job and flat in Düsseldorf and moved with him to Berlin, without knowing anyone there. Last week she told me how she's gonna paint the walls of their new flat.

Now he broke up with her.

Damn, things like that shouldn't be allowed to happen.

She's staying at my place until... at least this weekend. I'm going to make chocolate brownies and take her to a party. Any other suggestions how I could cheer her up or at least let her not get a serious depression?

Other notes:

The German mail is on strike. No pictures anytime soon.

I miss my 5D. She was so great. She now belongs to someone who's living my dream, a photo design student. Here's her website: [link] I hope my Cam is in good hands and will take some awesome photos. I don't get the pictures, so probably I'm too stupid.

Mission accomplished!

I went to the shooting and it was brilliant! Though it started off crappy... my train was late and I forgot my pannier :o

But it wasn't a problem and I had so much fun, I think everyone on the set (mua, assistant, photographer, the other model) enjoyed their time. One model was needed for harcore bondage and one for posing elegantly on ballett pointe shoes (guess which one was my job... it was definitely more painful). I was a bit nervous, but I got along with the other model very well and not a single minute did I feel uncomfortable. The photographer wants to shoot me again because he enjoyed working with me, I'm so excited now :excited:

Big thanks and hugs to everyone who encouraged me, I'm so glad I went! I would have missed out on so much if I didn't.

I can't await to get the pictures, I'll share them as soon as I get them!

:bulletred:

Now, midnightblack approached me for a TFP shooting, without even knowing me or that I was looking for one... and now I've got like half a night to decide on yes or no because it'll be on Friday.

I think he does a very good job, but... can I do it? His models are always so perfect. I'm so scared that when I arrive he'll say something like "Oh... erm... you looked better in the online pictures" "Did you lie about your weight?" "Sorry we can't so this pose with you, your nose would ruin the picture" And there will be another model too, a pro model probably who's beautiful, and I'm not.

Maybe I should stick with the amateur hobby photographers first? Hell, I don't know whether I should go to the shoot or not. I'm a scared chicken. Pooock pock pooock.
